5 PM Festivities start

1276 Main Street |Welcome Gate

Oroville's finest- Oroville Fire Department will deliver none other than Santa to the tree in front of the Civic Building to celebrate the beginning of Christmas season! (Don't forget your camera)

Our lovely librarian will be keeping the library doors open for making ornaments and perhaps even a story (until 8 pm)

Our youth are getting in on the action to kick off the holiday spirit with the elementary school music students leading Caroling, Girl Scouts leading crafts in the Civic Room and Boy scouts keeping everyone warm with hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate!

Thank you to our city council for allowing us to move the tree lighting back to this location where the tree can be enjoyed by all as they drive through town. Thank you Steve (City Super) for getting electric back to the area, Jack Hughes for keeping the tradition of donating the tree and all our Chamber members who make these activities possible. Country Store has generously donated the goods for our Boy Scouts to serve; Thank you!

Join us for family fun, caroling, and community!
